Bryn Labour Club is proud to announce it is now host to a popular latin dance class called Zumba Dance.

The Zumba Dance class is all about fitness and fun, exotic & rhythmic dance tempos that will have you soaring to fitness and having fun, boosting you to energy levels you never knew was possible.

Zumba Dance have a popular slogan, it goes ‘Ditch the workout and join the party!’, and that is what it is all about, it is not just a workout, it is a fun way of gaining fitness because of the enjoyment levels that it brings to those that participate.

At Bryn Labour Club we are hosting the Zumba Dance Classes every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 – simply just bring yourself along and join in the fun.
